Entry Form

1. The family entry form is for SOLO ENTRIES ONLY.  Your teacher will enter you in teams and you should give her your payment to pass along to us.
   
   
2. All rules and guidelines for entering and competing at the feis are contained in the syllabus. All entrants are responsible for submitting entries in accordance with these rules and guidelines.  Watch our website (www.clevelandfeis.com) for announcements about the feis and to find needed information.
   
   
3. This is a MidAmerica Syllabus.  Other regions may have a syllabus different from this one.  Please take the time to read the 2008 Syllabus for complete information.
   
   
4. Our Cap this year is 1800, total entries.  There is no cap on figure dancing or music but solo entries will not be accepted with your figure entry, once the cap is reached.
   
   
5. You may enter only via efeis.com or by mailing your entry, with payment to:

6. Make checks payable to “The Greater Cleveland Feis Society”. Payment must be in U.S. Funds.  Remember, you are not entered until the Feis Committee receives payment!!
   
   
7. Entries, including those made with a credit card payment, are not refundable.
   
   
8. Changes may be submitted using the change form provided at our website and must be RECEIVED by the feis committee, by May 1, 2008. If a change fee is applied (see syllabus), it must be received before the entrant is considered registered.
   
   
9. A Late fee will be applied to any entry received after April 1, 2008.  No Entries will be accepted after April 15, 2008 or after our cap is reached, whichever is first. You may confirm that your entry is accepted by checking the competitor roster on the website.
